Yin-Yang Yoga (online class)

A new Yin Yang Yoga class has landed!
Taught online so you can practice from the comfort of your home, every Wednesday 10-11am.
In this ongoing weekly class expect a nurturing and safe space to come as you are. To feel, to breathe, to invigorate and finally, to soften into each pose. Combining the flow and heat of a yang sequence, with free-form intuitive movement, and finishing with a yin practice.
A practice of enrichment, discovering desires and temptations that feed into how we live our yoga off the mat. It’ll challenge you to let go of perfectionism. It’ll challenge you to trust your body and mind, to follow yourself through the void and out the other end. Working through every aspect of the body, front back sides and most importantly the inner workings. This class will give you the tools to build your own self-practice. To come home to yourself, because you have all the answers within you.
