As we adjust to virtual classes I have created two ways for you to continue your practice.

  1. Using the Facebook platform you get an hour long class live-streamed for you to do in the comfort of your home. They are easy to access and are available for all levels to practice along with. The sequences vary each class, but you can expect a general ‘feel good’ session to work the whole body.
  2. Receive weekly 20min classes sent straight to your inbox. These pre-recorded classes can then be accessed unlimited throughout the week. They are quick and fun flows, perfect first thing in the morning or during lunch break. Designed specifically for anyone who is ‘time poor’, such as a full-time worker or busy parent.

For the Facebook classes you can join on a casual basis with no commitment. Class requests are very welcome and no doubt you will see the benefits of this practice the more you do it!

The Quick Flows require a weekly payment before being sent the next class. A 1 month commitment is compulsory. Please get in touch for more information or to be sent your first video!
